As a senior member of the leadership team, Lindsey will lead and execute the people-focused human resources objectives of Alto-Shaam. He will strengthen the leadership and talent development of the company, continuing his more than 60-year journey of putting employees first.
“Our people make a difference,” said Steve Maahs, President and COO of Alto-Shaam. “With a shared passion for helping our clients succeed, Lindsey will further empower the Alto-Shaam family to live up to our highest quality values in everything we do; winning together as a family; willingness to improve; positive voice; and able to passionately appropriate.
Previously, Lindsey was Director of Human Resources at Marine Credit Union. He has over 26 years of experience in transformative and strategic talent development.
“Alto-Shaam is truly a place where employees have unparalleled opportunities and flexibility to advance their careers and the business,” said Lindsey. “I am very happy to allow employees to realize their full potential and to further strengthen the safe and inclusive space of the company, where everyone can thrive. “
By investing more in her workplace and her people, Lindsey’s hiring comes just after Alto-Shaam won the Model Workplace Award from the FEDA, the Foodservice Equipment Distributors Association. The award recognized Alto-Shaam for its dynamic and unique corporate culture, as well as its ability to attract and retain talent and develop future industry leaders.
